The Museum of Fine Arts of Seville, founded in 1839, contains a collection of works from the Middle Ages through the early 20th century. It displays a selection of works by Spanish artists from the seventeenth century, which is called the golden age of art in Seville. The collections include works by great Spanish artists, including Murillo, Juan de las Ruelas, German Lucas Cranach, and many others.
