Information about Museum of Barbarism
Said to be one of the most disturbing museums on the island of Cyprus, the Berber Museum reminds us that Cyprus was once the epicenter of a brutal civil war, a war that still haunts the memories of its inhabitants. The museum is located in an old house in which a local family lived. Suddenly, the house was raided, and nothing remained of it except for some traces. Today, the house has been converted into a museum, you will find the house in about the condition it was in at that time, blood on the bathroom walls and everything, and in the various other rooms there are photographs of people who died because of the violence that befell the city.
