Rembrandt lived and worked in this beautiful and monumental house between 1639 and 1658. Judging by the timing, the house was redecorated with 17th-century furniture, art, and objects. In Rembrandt's home there are daily shows on etching and painting that show you how he worked at that time. Furthermore, there is an ongoing workshop offered at no additional cost, giving you the opportunity to do your own drawing in the student studio at the Leerlingenatelier. The Rembrandt House owns a complete and famous Rembrandt collection.
