WA Mozart was born in 1756 in this wonderful house in Salzburg. The city's municipality has converted his house into a museum, and has preserved the original furniture that his family used for more than 26 years before they moved to another house. Mozart lived in this house with his parents, Leopold and Anna Maria, as well as his sister Nannerl. The birthplace of the famous composer is a magnet for fans of Mozart and history buffs from all over the world. The tour of the museum takes about an hour, and visitors will find among the exhibits a desk, paintings, sofas, piano and many more.
