Overlooking the picturesque Piccadilly Valley, the Mount Lofty Botanical Garden overlooks the displays of cool-climate plants that thrive on the eastern slopes of Mount Lofty. The 97 hectares of sprawling canyons offer surprises during every season. The park is home to a range of hiking trails of varying difficulty, as well as groups of different flowers and evergreen trees. Here spring is very popular, when spectacular displays of magnolias, rhododendrons and camellias kick in, while autumn turns the garden's foliage into a panorama of crimson, yellow and bronze!
