Jebel Hermon, also known as Mount Hermon, is a year-round ski resort, covering an area of about 2,434 acres, and rising about 2,040 meters above sea level. During the winter, the slopes of the mountain are used for skiing and snowboarding on a variety of trails. Skis intended for beginners and advanced skiers, and for visitors who do not ski, the site offers a variety of entertainment options, such as snowshoes for children, "extreme" skis, and a cable car ride to the top of Mount Hermon. Visitors also have a range of cafes and shops to buy ski equipment.
