The archaeological site of Moray, located on a high plateau, consists of a series of terraces, depressions and circular terraces, the largest of which is about 30 meters deep. Its temperature varies according to its depth, with the difference between the top and the bottom reaching 15 degrees Celsius, and some believe that the Inca people used it to test and determine the optimal conditions for growing a variety of crops.
