The Pantheon memorial has been standing here since 1981 as a memorial to anti-fascist activists with an "eternal fire" burning in the middle. The authors of the project are sculptor Valentin Starchev and urban planning designer Vladimir Melkov. This position is one of the most important archaeological and historical monuments in the city, as it has an exceptionally impressive and meticulous design, and the monument is located among many trees and attractive green spaces that made it one of the wonderful tourist attractions in the city. It is now known as one of the important areas where locals and tourists from all over the world gather daily.
