Monkey Beach is located on the southwest side of Tonsai Bay, about 700 meters from the jetty in Krabi, and is simply a stunning 150-meter strip of soft white sand surrounded by emerald water. The back of the beach is a stone cliff The limestone is steep and covered with lush vegetation which provides the monkeys with a comfortable habitat, hence the beach got its name.
