The New Millennium Monument is the first national monument built for the Federal Territory of Putrajaya, which is a 68-meter-high tower, and its jungle-style climbing platform is divided into 4 connected parts, to illustrate the pre-independence era of Malaysia (before 1957) and post-independence (1957-1970), now Malaysia (1971-2020) and future Malaysia (2020 onwards). From above, this tower looks like a golden marshmallow; It is Malaysia's national flower, and on the highest platform of the tower, visitors can see nearby famous buildings such as the Tuanku Mizan Zain al-Abidin Mosque and the Seri Wawasan Bridge.
