Matoral Beach is located on the coast of the Gandia Peninsula, a broad golden sandy stretch of four kilometers long and bordered by a huge street with shops, entertainment centers and delicious restaurants. Saladar de Jandia is located near it, an area of scientific interest represented in the preservation of a type of plant very rare in the Canary Islands. The beach is accessed via pedestrian bridges over this protected natural area.
