Al-Hana Mosque is the largest and most famous mosque in Langkawi. It is distinguished by its white facade and golden domes. It is located in the Kuah area. It has an architecture inspired by the Moroccan style. It is not decorated from the inside like other mosques, but its facade is what distinguishes it greatly. It was built in 1959, It combines Islamic motifs from Uzbekistan with Malay-style architecture.
