The Maria Pita House Museum is a museum dedicated to spreading the personality of the heroine of La Coruña Maria Pita, who fought against the English fleet in 1589 AD, led by Francis Drake, and liberated the city from invasion. During the museum tour, in addition to learning directly about the life of the heroine of La Coruña, a review of the historical reality of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries in the city, and the conflicts and wars that it went through, is presented.
