The walls of the Marbella Castle are one of the most important preserved monuments of Islamic civilization in the center of Marbella, dating back to the tenth and eleventh centuries during the rule of the Moors. It was declared a heritage site of cultural importance in 1949, and it still retains one of its towers to this day. The walls are near the square of the orange trees and the Church of Our Lady of the Incarnation.
