The Malta Maritime Museum displays the maritime history of Malta. It also illustrates the global nature of marine sailing and its impact on Malta's society. The museum includes many exhibitions that highlight different eras of Malta's history and that display some unique artifacts. Including the largest Roman anchor in the world, the largest model ship of the Order of Saint John, the largest collection of cannons on the island, and a host of other boats.
