Information about Malaysian Chinese Museum
The Malaysian Chinese Museum (MCM) is the first museum in Malaysia to present the history and current development of the Malaysian-Chinese community. Its construction began in August 2017 and was completed in March 2018. It has a total area of 10,550 square feet and houses a permanent exhibition consisting of 16 sections and 1,000 artifacts and history. Showcasing the history of Chinese immigration in different periods and the cultural heritage of the local Chinese, the collections are presented through a mixture of text, graphics, artwork, and multimedia.
