The Madaba Archaeological Museum is located in Madaba near the Church of John and is one of the city's tourist attractions, as it is characterized by the abundance of Byzantine mosaic drawings within it, which date back to the period between the fifth and eighth centuries. The rooms host artifacts from several sites across the region covering all major historical periods including the Iron Age, Roman, Byzantine, and Umayyad. This museum displays a good collection of Moabit and Ammonite findings. The entrance fee to this museum in the combined ticket is 3 Jordanian dinars and it also covers the Madaba Archaeological Park and the Church of the Apostles.
