Located in a beautiful village on the edge of Siem Reap, Lom Orang is Cambodia's first farm-to-table restaurant and is the starting point for excursions to the great Angkor Wat temple, where the owner chef Sothea Seng cooks Mekong cuisine. Drawing on seasonal produce from this restaurant's farms, local markets, and farmers across the region, it features lemon chicken and prawns with cashew nuts.
