One of the most attractive places is Los Rocos de Garcia, which is located next to the top of Teide in the National Park, and one of the most prominent features of the place is the red rock, which is called Cinchado. It may not look impressive when you pass it from the road, as it looks like it's just a rock so you have to see it up close to see its special formation. It is constantly eroding at its base and will eventually fall off. The surrounding area is tightly restricted by ropes and guards, and the reason for this guard is that the authorities are trying to allow the plants and flowers endemic to the area to grow so that visitors can see the different species without having to walk for miles.
