Lao Lao Municipal Park is located in the west of San Carlos de Bariloche, and extends over an area of 1,226 square meters on the borders of Lakes Moreno and Nahuel Huapi. The area is famous for having one of the most enjoyable hiking trails, and is distinguished by the fact that it contains many beautiful natural areas such as the Patagonico Andean Ecological Forest, and this park was established in 1989, in order to protect this important area from any damage or destruction.
