Lin Lindi, which means "linden tree", is a famous and distinctive landmark in the region. It is located near Lin in the canton of Aargau. It is a unique tree with a height of about 25 meters and a trunk circumference of eleven meters, and is considered the strongest tree in Aargau. It was donated by one of the remaining villagers to commemorate the plague, which had spread to Lin Village in the 16th and 17th centuries.
