The Parliament of the Province of Ontario, this charming historic building in Toronto, is home to the Legislative Assembly of Ontario and the offices of the Deputy Governor-General's group in the province. The Bellerman was built in the Romanesque architectural style, it is made of five asymmetrical pink floors, it was built with more than 10 million bricks produced by the inmates of the central prison. The shade of pink, derived from the Ontario sandstone used in the construction process, has led to the building being called the Pink Palace.
