Lecco is a beautiful town surrounded by many mountains, most notably Rizigoni, located on the southeastern shore of Lake Como in northern Italy. There are many paths and excursions, and can be reached by an enjoyable trip by cable car. There is also the Monte Barrow Regional Park, which is full of scenic views and which also contains the remains of a settlement. From the fifth century, in the center of the town stands out the Church of San Nicol, which has a neo-Gothic bell tower.
