Le Reduit Restaurant was established in one of the old houses on the island, and the restaurant is supervised by a family who wanted to revive the traditional Creole dishes in Seychelles, so the dishes that visitors will taste in this restaurant are purely traditional without any additions or modifications. Among the dishes it serves on the menu are grilled fish, meat stew with potatoes, fried shrimp sticks with cheese and much more.
