The Abbey of Laval-Dieu is located on the edge of the Semois Valley. It was built in the twelfth century, and then restored several times after the fires, by Nicolas Oudet and Remacle Lissoir; They are the last major parents of the monastery, whose interior is decorated with stained glass, frescoes renovated in 1999, and impressive 18th-century wood paneling and kiosks.
