The Lai He Cultural and Educational Foundation was established in memory of the father of Taiwanese literature, Lai He, and every May the foundation organizes a series of activities to celebrate his birthday. The institution spreads cultural and literary works, all of which were engraved on the walls of the museum and on glass panels in a distinctive way. The exhibition also displays literary works by writers and poets who were contemporary to him and lived in his time. There is also a special room for teaching and literary seminars, which are held regularly.
