Bait Al-Kurar is a meeting place for Bahraini women who master the folk art of kurrar, a type of embroidery used in weaving traditional Bahraini clothes, and it requires a collective effort from a team of women in order to be able to make the most beautiful golden threads. Visitors of all ages can visit the Kaurar House and contemplate the women as they weave this authentic heritage art.
