The Kunstkamera is the first museum in Russia, located in the beautiful city of Saint Petersburg. It was established by Peter the Great and completed in 1727. The building also hosts the Peter the Great Museum of Anthropology and Ethnography, and includes a collection of nearly 2 , 000 000 items, and it holds many shows and events throughout the year, and is also famous for being located near the distinctive Winter Palace.
