Medenine Palace is located in the Jafara plain between the sea and a high mountain range. It consists of a large group of old rooms that were built during the reign of the righteous ruler Ali bin Obaid and the seventeenth century AD by the Berber groups. It was used in the past as a dwelling and a place for storing grain agricultural crops of its inhabitants.
