Krainska Street is one of the famous streets that extends from the main square in the old town of Ceske Budejovice and poimts towards the modern part of the city, and still contains many monuments dating back to the Middle Ages. It is usually crowded with tourists throughout the year because it includes a group of the most prominent monuments and archaeological buildings, such as the Palace of Contemporary Art, which today hosts a bank inside, and there are many alleys that contain antique shops and stores worth visiting.
