The Kohtotsa observation deck is located on the north side of Tombia Hill, and offers excellent views of the red roofs and towering swamps of the old town, as well as the gleaming tall buildings of the new part of town. In the background are the Gulf of Finland, the port and the Beretta region. Do not miss visiting this platform, there are unforgettable views all year round and in all weather.
