About 300 animals live in this park. There is so much to discover! The Kobelt Zoo is located on the edge of the Schwanheimer Forest and is a paradise for animals. The park spans over 1.7 hectares (one hectare equals 10,000 square metres), goats groan, ponies and donkeys run. You will see guinea pigs and rabbits. You will see all kinds of snakes, reptiles, owls and eagles in their bird cage, kangaroos jumping between trees, there are parrots and canaries as well. Geese, ducks, and American turtles. With a bit of luck, you will see the huge-winged eagle, with a wingspan of up to 1.70 meters.
