The Kleinarlbach River, a tributary of Austria's Salzach, is the country's second longest river. The river is characterized by its constant flowing stagnant water, which flowed through the rocks to form small natural waterfalls. The river feeds many residential areas surrounding the city, and is home to many birds such as ducks and seagulls. Because of the constant flow of water, distinctive natural areas were formed around the river, suitable for family picnics and cycling, or even relaxing in the heart of nature.
