Khan Al-Khalili is one of the prominent and attractive tourist destinations in Cairo. It is an old neighborhood that includes a market area and bazaars that provide various types of goods at very reasonable prices. It provides shops specializing in selling antiques, gifts and handcrafts, and shops selling food products such as sweets and spices. This is in addition to a number of restaurants serving traditional Egyptian food, such as Ta'mya.
