This palace was built in 1877 by a Jewish businessman, who owned the largest cotton mill in the country. It was designed inside the palace in the Baroque style, and the palace includes a banquet hall with a high ceiling and its walls covered with mirrors that extend from floor to ceiling. Today, the palace is a public museum under the authority of the state that houses the exhibits of some famous people, including Arthur Rubinstein and resistance fighter Jan Karski.
