Immaculately preserved by the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, this is the largest war cemetery in Kanchanaburi, and it is one of the places of great value in the city, and historical monuments that distinguish the city, as it contains 6,982 soldiers buried here, almost half of them were British. The rest came mainly from Australia and the Netherlands. As you stand at the entrance to the cemetery, the entire right side contains British victims, the front area contains Australian graves, the left rear leaves unknown Dutch soldiers, and those cremated are in the far left spot.
