Jiuzhai Valley National Park is located in the heart of Sichuan Province, and is a distinct natural gem of it, which extends over a wide area and consists of three main valleys, and lakes, waterfalls, forests of colorful trees, and the peak of the snow and ice mountain blue are its distinctive features. The park has been included in the World Natural Heritage List of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).
