Jingjiao Waban Salt Fields were the first salt fields in Tainan City, and the oldest remnants of paved salt fields in existence, featuring beautiful mosaic-like salt tile art. To revive the culture of salt industry and breathe new life into the fields, the site has now been brought back to life as a scenic spot on the Tainan coast. Every day the sunset on the salt field reflects the beauty of the sky, with clouds over Bimen Lake in sight.
