Supervised by a Palestinian immigrant, this wonderful Jerusalem restaurant serves the best falafel and hummus in town, according to many of its diners, as the dishes are prepared according to traditional Palestinian methods. The restaurant also serves other dishes such as shakshouka, grilled kebabs and pastries.
