This amazing museum was founded in 1932 AD, despite the small size of this museum, it is one of the most prominent historical museums in Jordan, and annually attracts large numbers of local visitors and tourists who want to learn more about the history of this ancient city. The museum is located in the archaeological historical area, where the theater and the ancient Roman columns are located. Inside, it includes many sections that display a group of historical artifacts from the Neolithic period to the Mamluk period. These pieces are displayed in a historical sequence, according to the types and daily uses.
