The Jeddah Lighthouse is the active lighthouse in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. With a height of about 133 meters (371 feet) the tallest lighthouse in the world. It is located at the end of the outer pier on the north side of the entrance to the port of Jeddah. The Traffic Department in Jeddah worked on the process of re-installing the digital timers on the traffic lights of the main intersections of all the city, while providing them with the work of the watchful system. The length of the Saudi coast is 2,640 kilometers (1,640 mi) with two coasts: the long western coast on the Red Sea and the shorter eastern coast on the Persian Gulf. It is well known that the Jeddah Lighthouse is the existing lighthouse in service, with a length of about 133 meters. The Jeddah Lighthouse is also distinguished to be the highest tower of its kind in the world, after it was established in 1990 AD. The Jeddah Lighthouse is located at the end of the outer marina, on the side of the northern entrance to the Jeddah Islamic Port.
