Janic Pace is a modern fountain with a distinctive sculpture. It was sculpted by artist and engineer Jean de Bouvrie in 1985. The bronze sculpture, about 50 centimeters high, depicts a young girl sitting and urinating on a blue-gray limestone plinth. This statue is very famous because it is considered by some to be the sister monument to the famous Manneken Pis.
