The rich Irish-Canadian heritage is celebrated at Ireland Park, a public space that opened in 2007, in the heart of the city and operated by Toronto Parks. This garden extends over a spacious area and includes a number of thought-provoking sculptures and monuments. Five bronze sculptures, known as the arrival sculptures, were created, in addition to a number of distinctive glass and stone sculptures.
