An aqueduct, dating back to the eighteenth century, located in the province of Karabuk, to the north of Safranbolu, in the Tokatli Valley, its height is about 60 meters. Izzat Mehmet Pasha, a citizen of Safranbolu and the Grand Vizier of the Ottoman Empire between 1794-1798, operated the canal, which was used to supply water to the city.
