Since Mount Hutu Park is located near the downtown area of Tainan and is located on a higher ground, it is a good place from which to watch the city sky and the scenic night view. The garden has a lotus pond and cherry trees, as well as a children's playground and a barbecue area. The eco-park on the mountain was originally a dumping ground for garbage which is now a featured eco-park after renovations.
