Huaqing Pond is a quiet mountainous area that offers a range of scenic attractions for visitors, where you will find a complex of locally occurring geothermal springs with a long documented history of nearly three thousand years, where it served as the site of many palaces built during the reign of former Chinese dynastic rulers. In addition to this, there are beautiful natural gardens with various trees and plants, historical statues and stunning views of the city, and this site was also the scene of the 1936 Xi'an accident, and other natural manifestations and distinctive historical monuments.
