Located about 10 kilometers north of Hua Hin town, Hua Hin Zoo was set up as a government-funded "Deer Research Center" and contains a number of large deer cages and lots of different bird species, many of which roam around the area. It includes a group of monkey species such as macaques, langurs and gibbons, along with lions, tigers, rabbits, Malian sun bear, Asian black bear, porcupine, turtles and many more.
