One of the most famous tourist attractions in Surabaya is the House of Sampoerna Museum. It is a tobacco museum and headquarters of the Sampoorna Cigarette Company. It is located in a beautifully designed building dating back to 1858 in the Dutch colonial style. This museum allows visitors to learn about the process of cigarette packaging, where 3900 women in Manufacturer rolls cigarettes by hand using conventional equipment at a speed of over 325 sticks per hour.
