Black foot disease was a widespread epidemic disease that struck the southwest coast ruthlessly in the early ages, many patients tried to survive and had to accept the fate of amputation, so many girls lost their dream of walking on a red wedding carpet in elegant high heels. To celebrate this unforgettable history and also to strive for perfect happiness, the Southwest Coast Scenic District Department has decided to establish the "Blue Heeled Church" located in Chiay Bude Marine Park. The church is 17 meters high and 11 meters wide and was constructed from 320 pieces of glass and 1269 pieces of steel. Like a shining salt crystal, these glass heels wish the Southwest Coast region a better future.
