Hessenpark Open Air Museum (Hessenpark) takes visitors on a fascinating journey to see examples of 400 years of rural life in the state of Hesse. Over 100 historic buildings are located on this 150-acre (area unit 333 square metre) lot in the Tanos Hills, many of which were originally furnished as permanent galleries and museums. You will be able to see the clocks of the towers, the old post office, the glass polishing workshop and many more, where you will encounter history and see it with your own eyes. The museum contains one of the best collections of architectural buildings with wooden structures, all preserved and reconstructed according to the strict scientific standards of the museum.
